3.  Modeling Standards Development

        a. Creation of Modeling Philosophy and Dimensioning Policy
        b. Definition, selection, & implementation of User Productivity Tools for Legacy Model Update
        c. Document Model and Drafting Standards that encompass best practices for MBD implementation
        d. Review and incorporation of company design rules
        e. Linkages to company standards and reference documents (Quality, Interoperability, General Engineering, etc.)

4.  Design & Build Model & Derivative Validation Environment

        a. Specify Model Data Quality Checks
        b. Specify revision Data Quality Checks
        c. Specify Derivative Data Quality Checks
        d. Conduct Vendor Evaluations & manage vendor evaluation process end to end
        e. Draw Data Validation Implementation Plan
        f. Specify PLM Release Workflows, Data Model Extensions, Dispatcher Requirements, API’s to Validation technologies, etc.
        g. Code, Configure, and assure Validation Environment
        h. Manage User Acceptance Testing
        i. Derive Training Materials & Establish Training Environment
        j. Derive Deployment Plan and Manage Deployment activities
        k. Establish Help Desk/Support System
        l. Assist to Tune Validation Checks (False Positives & False Negatives)
