DSA has established a comprehensive set of tools and practices to establish a Streamlined and Highly Effective Program Governance Structure and Environment against the following set of Objectives:
  1. Establish a Program/Project governance structure within the organization and ensure stakeholder participation
  2. Define the program roles, decision making hierarchy, program execution strategies and best practices
  3. Describe the protocol for proper flow of relevant information to all stakeholders
  4. Establish a project/program review, issue management & change management mechanism
  5. Establish mechanisms to identify program compliance and communications to all stakeholders
  6. Evaluate various models of program governance and investigate their suitability for adoption
  7. Translate business strategy into actual program execution via a proper governance framework
