The best executed initiatives begin by crafting and/or adopting an execution method which is optimized to drive objectives, account for imposed constraints, proactively identify and mitigate risks and assure a high level of user acceptance and adoption. the most common SDLC methods available for adoption today include; Waterfall, Sprial Method for Rapid Prototyping, and AGILE/SCRUM. Organizations who can not only adapt a variety of proven methods but also create unique hybrids are on average 63% more likely to hit their targets for time to value, cost to value and quality of delivered application and process capability. Establishing the project course is the first step to successful program planning, execution and management.
The following will provide an overview of our Program Planning, Program Management and Program Audit Capabilities:

Program Planning Components Overview
DSA staffs are highly trained, certified program managers with extensive experience in enterprise process & application transformation initiatives. As they engage on any client initiative, they are capable of conducting initial analysis to determine best execution method, analyzing for objectives, imposed constraints, etc., and delivering the following plan components:
  1. Technical Plan - this details the execution strategy, tools and methods that will be used through the course of the initiative
  2. Resource Plan - this plan component is inclusive of:
    • Fully loaded and resource balanced project schedule (WBS)
    • Facility and equipment requirements
    • Expense dollars by phase, capital dollars by phase and a cash flow projection for the initiative
    • Team structure, roles, responsibilities, required skills
  3. Validation Plan - this plan component is inclusive of:
    • Validation tactics and tools that will be used to validate the initiative is being executed efficiently, effectively and according to plan
    • Validation processes and tools that will be used to:
      • Validate program objectives, new targets for design of process
      • Validation of the Future State Design documents
      • Validation of the configured application and its match to program objectives, new targets for design, baseline process requirements and usability
      • Validation of the configured applications reliability & performance
      • Validation of the operations and support processes
      • Validation that the Change Impact assessment and Site Readiness tactics are properly and completely executed
  4. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan - identifies known risks, risk taxonomy, probabilities, and predictable mitigation tactics. The risk mitigation tactics and road signs are incorporated, as required, in to the detailed project schedule (WBS) to ensure proactive risk assessment and mitigation
